This website is made available to customers/users as part of the exercise of a distance selling or e-commerce product activity by CDR Sales & Management here operating as Essentials4Oils.

Any collection of personal information when using the website complies with the General Data Protection Regulation n°2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

This in no way excludes the use and operation of the website under the sole responsibility of the client/user in accordance with Belgian laws and regulations.

Consulting the website does not require registration or prior identification. It can be done without the client/user communicating personal data concerning him (surname, first name, address, etc.).

Data collection

As part of the use of the Essentials4Oils website and business, personal data may be processed by Essentials4Oils (marital status, address, personal identification data among others).

These data will only be used within the framework of the activity of the company Essentials4Oils in its management of customers concerning:

• contracts;
• orders;
• deliveries;
• invoices;
• accounting and in particular the management of customer accounts
• a loyalty program within one or more legal entities;
• monitoring the customer relations such as carrying out satisfaction surveys, managing complaints and after-sales service
• the selection of customers to carry out studies, surveys and product tests.

Except with the consent of the persons concerned, these operations must not lead to the establishment of profiles likely to reveal sensitive data such as ethnic origin, philosophical, political, trade union, religious opinions, sexual orientation or health of persons.< /p>

• The organization of contests, lotteries or any promotional operation excluding online gambling and games of chance subject to the approval of the Gaming Regulatory Authority Online
• Management of requests for the right of access, rectification and opposition
• Management of outstanding payments and litigation provided that it does not relate to infringements and/or that it does not result in the exclusion of the person from the benefit of a right, a service or a contract

Retention period and copyright pressure

Personal information will be retained for as long as required by law and/or until the client/user is removed from Essentials4Oils client register by any other legally valid process unless:

- the client/user exercises his right to delete data concerning him, under the conditions described below;

- A retention period longer is authorized or imposed by virtue of a legal or regulatory provision

Security obligations

During the retention period of personal data, every means is ensured to allow the confidentiality and security of said data to prevent their damage, erasure or access by third parties unauthorized.

Access to personal data is strictly limited to internal use at Essentials4Oils. Apart from the cases set out in the “Data Collection” paragraph, Essentials4Oils undertakes not to sell, rent, assign or give any access to third parties (apart from other entities of the CDR Sales & Management), customer/user data without their prior consent.

The only exceptions to this may be a legal obligation to disclose by production of a court order, for the fight against fraud or the abuse as well as the exercise of the rights of defense and with the authorization of the judge, or any other case prescribed by law or authority officially authorized to proceed in this direction.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978 as amended and as well as European Regulation No. 2016/679/ EU of April 27, 2016 (RGPD), the customer/user has a right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of his data or even limitation of processing. The client/user may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data concerning him.

Storage of cookies

Cookies can be used by Essentials4Oils only in the event of an actual visit to the website or with the consent of the customer/user, in particular to establish statistics, improve its customer service, optimize its website and more generally, to improve its activity.< /p>

A cookie cannot have a lifetime of more than 13 months. No extension of the duration of said cookies can be made on a new visit to the website. Client/user consent must be required for each visit after the 13-month period.
