Right and withdrawal period
CDR Sales & Management here operating under the name of Essentials4Oils provides that its customers who are not satisfied with the items ordered can exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code under the best conditions. Customers thus have a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the package containing the products ordered to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Terms of exercise of the right of withdrawal
The products must imperatively be returned to Essentails4Oils in their original condition and in their original packaging at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days following their date of receipt. Beyond this period of 14 days, no return or exchange will be accepted.
If the products meet the conditions of right of withdrawal set out above, the customer will be able to obtain according to his choice: p>
- The exchange of returned products for other products marketed by essentials4oils.
- A credit note, for an amount equal to the price of the returned products, only usable on the essentials4oils

In accordance with article L221-21-3 of the Consumer Code, the cost of returning the products will remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of lack of conformity of the products delivered with respect to the order (in this case, these return costs will be borne by Essentials4Oils).
Essentials4Oils does not accept not parcels sent postage due.
Any risk related to the return of products is the responsibility of the customer. Essentials4Oils recommends subscribing to a parcel tracking option in order to avoid any inconvenience in the event of loss or theft of the products during the return transport.
If the conditions mentioned above are met and a once the goods have been received, checked, and accepted by our services,Essentials4Oils will reimburse the returned items at the invoice price, according to the method of payment for the items, by crediting the bank account of the customer corresponding to the bank card used for payment within 14 (fourteen) days following the day on which Essentials4Oils is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw, subject to receipt byEssentials4Oil of the returned items within this period.
Items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.
